Same-Day Delivery — Within Beirut Area
We offer same-day delivery within the Beirut area for eligible orders placed during working hours. To qualify, your order must meet the following condition:
- All items must fit within a standard delivery bike box measuring 50 × 50 × 50 cm.
Orders that meet this size requirement and are placed during business hours will be dispatched and delivered the same day.
Delivery Outside Beirut Area & Oversized Items
- Orders shipped outside the Beirut area are delivered within 2 to 4 business days.
- Orders that exceed the 50 × 50 × 50 cm size limit — including those within the Beirut area — will also be delivered within 2 to 4 business days.
Delivery Fees
- Standard delivery fees start from $4 USD.
- For urgent deliveries, same-day orders outside the Beirut area, or oversized shipments, fees may vary based on location, package size, and timing.
International Orders
We are pleased to ship internationally. Please note the following before placing your order:
- Shipping fees displayed at checkout cover transportation only and do not include customs duties, import taxes, or any additional fees imposed by the destination country.
- All customs charges, duties, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon arrival.
- We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate of applicable fees before placing your order.
