Exchange & Refund Policy

No Cash Refund

We operate under a strict no-refund policy. We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances, with the sole exception of items received in a damaged or defective state.

Damaged or Defective

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must inform us strictly within 24 hours of receipt. Verified damages reported within the required window will be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Exchanges & Store Credit

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the item is in good, sellable condition, you may choose one of the following options within 7 days of purchase:

  • Exchange: Swap the item for another product of equal value.
  • Store Credit: Receive a credit voucher for the value of the item.
Important Conditions
  • Receipt Required: Exchanges and store credit requests are strictly impossible without a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Voucher Validity: Credit vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
  • Lost Vouchers: Please treat your credit voucher like cash. Lost or misplaced vouchers cannot be retrieved, reissued, or replaced.
